Step one: Add PDF file.

Click "File-Open" to load PDF file you want to add stamp to PDF. Double click on it to open it in this PDF Stamp tool.

Step two: Stamp on PDF

Click Stamps you can add new stamp to PDF, You can also add date stamp, accounting record stamp to your PDF and edit added stamp or delete it.

Step 1: Add PDF documents

Click button 1 to add a PDF file to PDF Stamp or click button 2 to add batch PDF files to it.
If your PDF has open password, select it and click lock icon to type in the open password.

Step 2: Add stamp to PDF in batches

Click button3 to add stamp to PDF.

You can choose to add PDF text stamp, PDF image stamp, Dynamic date time stamp, Shape stamp, PDF stamp to PDF.

PDF Stamp allows you to edit your PDF text stamp or PDF image stamp, import new images as PDF stamp or export your edited stamp to save.

Preview your PDF with stamp in the left panel.

Step 3: Append Stamp to PDF

Click Setting to set : General: choose page range to add stamp on PDF. Position in Page, page scale. Backup file on added watermark.

PDF Print: Set printer or printing page range.

Star-up: auto-run PDF stamp when login.

Mail: REcipient, Subject, mail body , attachment name.

FTP settings: user, name, password, server , FTP path.

Import & Export ; Preview as PDF or as image.

 

 

 

 

Click watermark to choose your action. To save the stamp or mail, ftp, print it.
