Step one: Load scanned PDF

1)Click the button "Add" to import a PDF file. If you want to batch optimize PDF, Click "Add Folder".
2) If your file is marked with a lock icon, select it and click Unlock to type in open password.

Step two: Settings for Optimizing PDF

Turn on functions you want to use to optimize PDF for Web and then click Settings to set the parameters.
Click to see setting interface for
Delete Blank Pages; De-skew Scanned Images in PDF; Convert images to monochrome in PDF; Resample-Reduce the File Size; General Setting.

Step1 Click Hot Directory Mode to the interface:

Step2 Click Add to set directories

Run Application: Select pdfso.exe.

When you copy PDF files to the Monitored Directory ( a folder), this PDF Scan Optimizer will optimize them automatically when you click "Start Services" and export to the ouput directory.
