Step1 Insert a form to Mac PDF Form Filler

If your form is electronic, open it in the PDF Filler Mac by clicking File-Open:

If you get a paper form, scan it into an image first using a scanner.

Step2 Adjust the form

Usually the scanned form we get from a scanned will be rotated which make it necessary for us to adjust it. Click " Rotate Form" slider in the inspector panel and here adjust the angle degrees.

Step3 Fill the form

 

Click the text tool and click on where you want to fill. Click the Arrow tool to drag and move the text block. When you type the beginning of a word, the PDF Filler Mac will finish the word for you automatically.

Besides, you can insert lines, images and draw shapes directly on PDF form to improve your form look.

Note: If you have a blank sheet of paper, insert it insert it into the printer and the check box "Include Form in Printing". This will print the entire form with the entries that you have made on the blank sheet of paper.
If you have a preprinted form that needs to be filled out, make sure the “Include Form in Printing” box is NOT checked. This will only print the fields that you have entered.
